ADHD Coach in Santa Clara | ADHD Burnout & Executive Function
Time can slip away in ways that make plans hard to keep. Many of the adults I work with want to understand that pattern better and find approaches that suit their lives.
Adults turn to ADHD coaching in Santa Clara from the Old Quad near Santa Clara University and Mission Santa Clara, from Rivermark in the north, and from the neighborhoods around Central Park.
Sessions begin with your observations about your days. We choose what to look at together and try small, practical changes.
How it works
We dig in and get curious
Your first step is a free discovery call. You can share what's going on and what kind of support you're looking for, and we can both get a sense of whether working together makes sense. Ongoing sessions are held over video, weekly or every other week, based on your capacity.
We see whether coaching fits
Before any strategy comes into it, we talk through what your days look like, where momentum drops off, what tends to help on a good day, and what gets pushed aside when things pile up.
We try things and adjust
From there, we experiment. That might mean looking at routines, transitions, planning, communication, rest, or how decisions get made. What helps gets kept, what doesn't gets changed, and you leave with more options for when life shifts again.

Estimating how long things take can be tricky with ADHD, leading to late starts or overpacked days. ADHD coaching explores how you experience time, which cues help you notice it, and how to plan with more room for the unexpected.
A heavy mental load can hide behind a calm, capable surface. ADHD coaching for women gives you space to set some of that load down, look at your patterns with kindness, and explore support that fits your life now. We can start with whichever part feels heaviest.
Burnout may show up as fatigue, frustration, or losing interest in things you once enjoyed. ADHD burnout coaching helps you identify what's draining you and experiment with changes to workload, boundaries, and rest so your energy can return over time.
Perimenopause can change how ADHD symptoms feel, sometimes making old strategies less effective. Working together in ADHD & perimenopause coaching, we notice what's different and build routines that support your focus, memory, and energy. Medical questions are best taken to your doctor.
Experiences that once felt confusing or frustrating may look different after a late diagnosis. Late diagnosed ADHD coaching gives you time to explore that understanding and decide which changes, if any, you'd like to make. Our conversations can be as reflective or as practical as you need.
A job you're good at can still leave you depleted by the end of the week. In ADHD career coaching, we explore the parts of your work that feel hardest, the supports that could help, and the direction you'd like your career to take.
Creative work with ADHD can move in waves of excitement and stillness. ADHD & creatives coaching helps you understand those waves, choose which projects to focus on, and find conditions that help your creative ideas grow into finished work.

Testimonials
"I learned a lot working with Quinn. We mapped out a lot of my ADHD patterns and Quinn helped me see many things that I was doing that were not necessarily helping me. Quinn also offered frameworks and tools to help support me when that is what the situation called for."
Michael H.
"I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to work with Quinn. It was an incredibly valuable experience for me. I looked forward to every session, and each one brought new insights. Quinn helped me work through several deeply important challenges, and I feel much more grounded and self-aware as a result. I wholeheartedly recommend Quinn to anyone navigating neurodiversity in their daily life, but not only. Even without ADHD, she is an exceptional coach and one of those rare professionals who can truly change the trajectory of someone's life."
Masha O.
"There is always more to learn and reflect upon; that is what I have learned the most about myself through Quinn's excellent coaching. Despite having a relatively deep understanding of myself and my ADHD, a competent coach's skill is to foster further self-reflection and to allow the client room to trust themselves in this deeper quest for self-understanding. Quinn has a mastery in knowing when to give me space, when to ask a thought-provoking question, and when to remind me of my wins/strengths. I am thankful for this perspective, which coaching offers to those with ADHD, and for its strength-based approach rather than one of brokenness and negativity. Yes, ADHDers need assistance and strategies with living in a world made for neurotypicals, but sometimes we just need to be reminded that despite it all, we are whole and we are okay."

Frequently Asked Questions
What does an ADHD coach actually do?
An ADHD coach works alongside you to understand how your attention, energy, and motivation move, then builds practical strategies and accountability around that. With me, that also includes strengths anchoring, values based strategy, and support across every part of your life, not only productivity.
How long do you typically work with clients?
That depends on where you're starting and what you're working toward. Most clients find their footing within three to six months, and many continue longer for ongoing accountability and support. We figure out the right pace together as the work unfolds.
Will insurance pay for an ADHD coach?
ADHD coaching typically isn't covered by health insurance. It is, however, eligible for FSA and HSA funds, as long as you have a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor showing coaching is part of your ADHD care.
Do I need a diagnosis to start coaching with you?
No. I work with adults at every stage of understanding their own ADHD: some with a recent diagnosis, some with one from decades ago they never revisited, and some who have never been formally evaluated and are working from a long held hunch. If a formal evaluation is the right next step for you, I can refer you to a psychiatrist for an assessment.
