ADHD Coach | Quinn Geear Coaching

Your frequency is the pattern underneath all the noise. It is how your attention engages, what helps you move, what pulls you past capacity, and what matters enough to orient around.

ADHD coaching gives us a place to understand that pattern in the life you are living now. We build awareness first. From there, we create support that is specific to you and flexible enough to change as your life changes.

The world is loud. Let's find your frequency.

You may or may not have an ADHD diagnosis

Either way, you're looking for a clearer understanding of how your mind works.

Maybe you were diagnosed recently. Maybe you have known for years. Maybe ADHD is still a question you are exploring.

A lot of my clients are thoughtful, capable adults who have spent years finding ways through. They have built careers, relationships, families, creative lives, or some combination of all of it. They often come to coaching when the effort behind keeping everything moving has become harder to sustain, or when a transition changes what their old systems can hold.

Common Experiences

You understand what needs to happen and still cannot find the entry point.

A small task expands in your head because you can already feel every step attached to it.

A system can work beautifully for a while, then one change in schedule, energy, or responsibility knocks the whole thing sideways.

Everything starts to feel equally urgent, so deciding what deserves your attention becomes its own task.

You keep important things moving for the people around you while your own appointments, admin, rest, or creative work slide to the edges.

You can often explain the pattern afterward. In the moment, access to that understanding can disappear.

You already have self-awareness. You want help turning that awareness into support you can use while life is happening.

The useful question is what is happening here, for you, in this moment. That is where our work starts.

This practice is for adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and use that understanding in daily life.

A formal ADHD diagnosis is optional for coaching with me. Some clients arrive with a recent diagnosis. Others have known for decades, or are exploring whether ADHD or another form of neurodivergence helps explain their experience.

Many of my clients come to coaching in midlife, around a late diagnosis or a life transition that has changed what their old systems can hold. I also work with LGBTQIA+ adults, people navigating perimenopause, and adults moving through career or relationship changes. Creative and multi-passionate people tend to feel at home here too.

You can come in wanting practical support with tasks and time.

You can come in wanting to understand a repeating pattern, communicate more clearly, build a life with more room in it, or figure out what support your brain is asking for now. We start with what is most alive for you and work from there.

The goal is language that helps you recognize the pattern sooner

  • We build awareness of your support needs

Once the pattern is clearer, support gets more specific. You start noticing what kind of structure helps, when you need more recovery, what makes communication easier, and where an accommodation or boundary would change the load.

  • Capacity stays visible

Your plans live inside a body and a week that already has demands in it. We look at the energy available, the responsibilities already taking up space, and the recovery you need. That information belongs in the plan from the beginning.

  • Your strengths are working material

We use the ways you already think, notice, create, solve, connect, and improvise. Strengths can become part of the structure around a hard task, part of how you communicate, or part of how you find your way back into momentum.

  • Your values help us orient

Values give us a way to decide what deserves energy and what kind of life you are trying to build. They are useful when everything feels urgent, when there are several possible directions, or when you have spent a long time responding to other people's expectations.

  • Your context is part of the work

ADHD shows up inside a whole life. Identity can shape it. So can relationships, work culture, hormones, sensory load, money, caregiving, health, and the season you are in. We keep the surrounding reality in the room because it changes what support needs to look like.

  • You stay the authority on your life

I bring questions, pattern recognition, ADHD knowledge, frameworks, and a systems-thinking brain. You bring lived experience and choice. The work is collaborative. We keep adjusting until the support makes sense in practice and belongs to you.

What coaching with me looks like

You deserve language and clarity for something that you've carried for your whole life.

We make sense of how your ADHD shows up.

ADHD has a shape in your life. We pay attention to when attention locks in, where it drops away, how motivation changes, what makes transitions sticky, and what happens when too many demands arrive at once.

Personalized one-on-one ADHD coaching focused on self-understanding, executive function, and creating support that is aligned with your capacity and needs.

ADHD Coaching

hello there!

I'm Quinn, an ADHD coach who spent twenty years in tech before I understood my own ADHD.

I built a career in IT and leadership, kept up a long-running art practice, and spent years trying to understand why my attention, energy, and motivation could shift so much depending on the context. Being diagnosed with ADHD in my forties gave me language for things I had been managing for decades. Perimenopause showed up around the same time and made it even clearer that some of my old ways of getting through things had stopped working.

I believe self-understanding changes what becomes possible. My coaching is shaped by that, and by more than a decade of analog collage practice. I’m drawn to patterns, unexpected connections, and the way pieces that seem unrelated can start to make sense when you look at them differently.

Testimonials

"I learned a lot working with Quinn. We mapped out a lot of my ADHD patterns and Quinn helped me see many things that I was doing that were not necessarily helping me. Quinn also offered frameworks and tools to help support me when that is what the situation called for."

 Michael H.

"I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to work with Quinn. It was an incredibly valuable experience for me. I looked forward to every session, and each one brought new insights. Quinn helped me work through several deeply important challenges, and I feel much more grounded and self-aware as a result. I wholeheartedly recommend Quinn to anyone navigating neurodiversity in their daily life, but not only. Even without ADHD, she is an exceptional coach and one of those rare professionals who can truly change the trajectory of someone's life."

Masha O.

"There is always more to learn and reflect upon; that is what I have learned the most about myself through Quinn's excellent coaching. Despite having a relatively deep understanding of myself and my ADHD, a competent coach's skill is to foster further self-reflection and to allow the client room to trust themselves in this deeper quest for self-understanding. Quinn has a mastery in knowing when to give me space, when to ask a thought-provoking question, and when to remind me of my wins/strengths. I am thankful for this perspective, which coaching offers to those with ADHD, and for its strength-based approach rather than one of brokenness and negativity. Yes, ADHDers need assistance and strategies with living in a world made for neurotypicals, but sometimes we just need to be reminded that despite it all, we are whole and we are okay."
