You deserve to move from self doubt into self trust, so you can build a holistic life that feels sustainable, intentional and unapologetically yours.
This is ADHD coaching that helps you reconnect with your strengths and values, build support around how you work, and create change from a place of self-trust.
ADHD Coaching is for you if:
You want to understand why your attention, energy, motivation, or follow-through can change so much depending on the situation.
You know you’re capable, and there are still parts of your life that keep getting tangled or taking more effort than you expect.
You were diagnosed recently, have known for years, or you’re still wondering whether ADHD is part of the picture.
You want to get clearer on what supports you specifically, including your capacity, values, environment, and the way you process things.
You’re working through something in your actual life, whether that’s work, home, relationships, money, health, parenting, creativity, or a big transition.
You want space to notice patterns, understand what’s underneath the stuckness, and experiment with ways of working that make sense for you.
It's not only that some days feel harder than others.
It's that you’ve spent years trying to make your way of working match how other people seem to function.
When the tools, expectations, and advice around you are built for a different way of functioning, it’s easy to assume you’re the problem when they don’t work.
Over time, you get very good at compensating, pushing through, and trying to meet what you think you should be able to handle.
The cost is that you can lose touch with your own limits, needs, and patterns until overwhelm or burnout is the thing that finally gets your attention.

Imagine moving from:
Constantly second-guessing yourself to understanding how your brain works well enough that you can trust your own decisions.
From everything feeling urgent at the same time to being able to tell what matters now, what can wait, and where your energy is worth going.
Knowing what you need to do but still not being able to start to having ways to get yourself moving that don’t depend on panic or a deadline.
Pushing until you hit a wall to noticing your capacity sooner and making choices before burnout makes them for you.
Freezing when someone asks what you think or need to having enough space inside yourself to find the words and say what you mean.
Building systems that work for three days and disappear to having support and structure you can come back to, even after you fall out of rhythm.
Feeling like your life is somehow harder than it should be to understanding what has been getting in the way and finally working with yourself instead of against yourself.

That's exactly what ADHD Coaching is designed to do. Here's how we work together.

Step 1: Understanding your patterns
We start by mapping how your attention, energy, and motivation move, across work, relationships, home, and anywhere else it shows up.

Step 2: Building strategies that fit
From there, we experiment with approaches built around your specific capacity, values, and goals.

Step 3: Building lasting self trust
As strategies get tested and adjusted together, you walk away with more than a plan. You walk away with a more accurate understanding of yourself, and the self trust to keep adjusting long after coaching ends.

hello there!
Hi, I'm Quinn, and I specialize in ADHD Coaching for adults.
I spent twenty years working in IT and leadership before being diagnosed with ADHD in my forties, right around the time perimenopause started adding its own complications to the mix. Suddenly, things I'd managed for years became harder, and I began to recognize just how much energy I'd spent trying to meet expectations with strategies and standards that never quite fit me.
That experience shaped how I coach. I understand the complexity of discovering new things about yourself in midlife, questioning what you've always believed, and figuring out what comes next. I bring that understanding, along with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for your lived experience, into our work together.
Let's work together.

Testimonials
"I learned a lot working with Quinn. We mapped out a lot of my ADHD patterns and Quinn helped me see many things that I was doing that were not necessarily helping me. Quinn also offered frameworks and tools to help support me when that is what the situation called for."
Michael H.
"I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to work with Quinn. It was an incredibly valuable experience for me. I looked forward to every session, and each one brought new insights. Quinn helped me work through several deeply important challenges, and I feel much more grounded and self-aware as a result. I wholeheartedly recommend Quinn to anyone navigating neurodiversity in their daily life, but not only. Even without ADHD, she is an exceptional coach and one of those rare professionals who can truly change the trajectory of someone's life."
Masha O.
"There is always more to learn and reflect upon; that is what I have learned the most about myself through Quinn's excellent coaching. Despite having a relatively deep understanding of myself and my ADHD, a competent coach's skill is to foster further self-reflection and to allow the client room to trust themselves in this deeper quest for self-understanding. Quinn has a mastery in knowing when to give me space, when to ask a thought-provoking question, and when to remind me of my wins/strengths. I am thankful for this perspective, which coaching offers to those with ADHD, and for its strength-based approach rather than one of brokenness and negativity. Yes, ADHDers need assistance and strategies with living in a world made for neurotypicals, but sometimes we just need to be reminded that despite it all, we are whole and we are okay."

Frequently Asked Questions
What does an ADHD coach actually do?
An ADHD coach works alongside you to understand how your attention, energy, and motivation move, then builds practical strategies and accountability around that. With me, that also includes strengths anchoring, values based strategy, and support across every part of your life, not only productivity.
Who do you work with?
I work with adults navigating ADHD symptoms and how they show up in daily life, whether you have a formal diagnosis or recognize the pattern in yourself without one. I especially love working with late diagnosed adults, LGBTQIA+ folks, people navigating perimenopause, and anyone in the middle of a significant life transition.
What is your coaching philosophy?
I coach the whole person. ADHD touches how you think, feel, move through the world, and relate to yourself, not only your to-do list. This work goes beyond strategies. It's about finding your way back to who you are.
What experience and qualifications do you have?
I completed my ADHD coach training through ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), and I'm currently working toward ADDCA, ICF, and PAAC credentials. Alongside that training, I bring lived experience as a late diagnosed ADHDer navigating perimenopause, and more than two decades in tech watching how ADHD shows up in real careers and real life.
How long do you typically work with clients?
That depends on where you're starting and what you're working toward. Most clients find their footing within three to six months, and many continue longer for ongoing accountability and support. We figure out the right pace together as the work unfolds.
Will insurance pay for an ADHD coach?
ADHD coaching typically isn't covered by health insurance. It is, however, eligible for FSA and HSA funds, as long as you have a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor showing coaching is part of your ADHD care.
What's the difference between ADHD coaching and therapy?
ADHD coaching is about helping you make things work better in your everyday life. It can help you understand what gets in the way, experiment with strategies, build supportive systems, and make progress toward the things you want. Therapy focuses more on emotional and mental health concerns, including things like anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem. Therapists can also diagnose and treat ADHD and other mental health conditions.
Where are you located?
I'm based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I coach exclusively online over Zoom, so location never gets in the way of starting.
Is this coaching right for me if I'm also seeing a therapist?
Yes, and the two pair well together. Therapy can support the emotional and psychological side of things, while coaching focuses on moving forward, building strategies, and following through. Many clients find having both creates a more complete support system.
Do I need a diagnosis to start coaching with you?
No. I work with adults at every stage of understanding their own ADHD: some with a recent diagnosis, some with one from decades ago they never revisited, and some who have never been formally evaluated and are working from a long held hunch. If a formal evaluation is the right next step for you, I can refer you to a psychiatrist for an assessment.
What if I've tried coaching or other support before and it didn't stick?
That's common, and it doesn't mean coaching failed you or that you failed at it. It usually means the approach wasn't built around your specific capacity, values, and goals. We'll start there instead.
The right strategy meets you where you are and evolves as you do.
Coaching gives you the space to explore what's working, understand what you need, and find new ways forward that feel sustainable and supportive. Ready to see what that looks like?
