ADHD Coach in San Ramon | ADHD Burnout & Executive Function
Long workdays, family responsibilities, and thoughts that rarely go quiet can make it hard to see what's working. Coaching offers a regular hour to step back and look.
For ADHD coaching in San Ramon, I meet virtually with adults from the Dougherty Valley neighborhoods of Gale Ranch and Windemere to the streets off Crow Canyon Road and the area around Bishop Ranch.
Usually we begin with the thing that's taking up the most mental space. Then we follow the thread to see what else is connected to it.
How it works
We dig in and get curious
Your first step is a free discovery call. You can share what's going on and what kind of support you're looking for, and we can both get a sense of whether working together makes sense. Ongoing sessions are held over video, weekly or every other week, based on your capacity.
We see whether coaching fits
Before any strategy comes into it, we talk through what your days look like, where momentum drops off, what tends to help on a good day, and what gets pushed aside when things pile up.
We try things and adjust
From there, we experiment. That might mean looking at routines, transitions, planning, communication, rest, or how decisions get made. What helps gets kept, what doesn't gets changed, and you leave with more options for when life shifts again.

Decision fatigue can creep in long before the day is over, leaving small choices feeling heavy. In ADHD coaching, we look at how decisions pile up in your week and experiment with ways to make some of them easier or automatic. Fewer open loops can leave more energy for what matters to you.
You may have spent years making sure everything ran smoothly for others while your own needs waited. ADHD coaching for women creates space for your goals, your pacing, and the kind of help that would make life feel less crowded.
Burnout can come from carrying too many roles at once without enough time to recover between them. ADHD burnout coaching helps us see which roles take the most out of you and experiment with ways to share or reshape them. Recovery gets planned with the same care as your other priorities.
Perimenopause can make focus and memory feel less dependable than before. We can use ADHD & perimenopause coaching to track these changes and try adjustments to your schedule, tools, and expectations. Questions about hormones or treatment are best brought to your doctor, and coaching focuses on how your days run.
A diagnosis in adulthood can make you curious about which habits came from ADHD and which came from coping with it. Late diagnosed ADHD coaching gives you space to sort through that, and you decide what's useful to keep. We can look back, look forward, or both.
Corporate roles can ask for constant context switching, long meetings, and fast responses. ADHD career coaching looks at the parts of your job that drain you most and explores changes to workload, communication, or direction. Where you want your career to go sets the agenda.
Creative projects can start with a rush of energy and then sit untouched for months. Through ADHD & creatives coaching, we look at your patterns of starting, pausing, and returning, and find approaches that help your work keep moving.

Testimonials
"I learned a lot working with Quinn. We mapped out a lot of my ADHD patterns and Quinn helped me see many things that I was doing that were not necessarily helping me. Quinn also offered frameworks and tools to help support me when that is what the situation called for."
Michael H.
"I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to work with Quinn. It was an incredibly valuable experience for me. I looked forward to every session, and each one brought new insights. Quinn helped me work through several deeply important challenges, and I feel much more grounded and self-aware as a result. I wholeheartedly recommend Quinn to anyone navigating neurodiversity in their daily life, but not only. Even without ADHD, she is an exceptional coach and one of those rare professionals who can truly change the trajectory of someone's life."
Masha O.
"There is always more to learn and reflect upon; that is what I have learned the most about myself through Quinn's excellent coaching. Despite having a relatively deep understanding of myself and my ADHD, a competent coach's skill is to foster further self-reflection and to allow the client room to trust themselves in this deeper quest for self-understanding. Quinn has a mastery in knowing when to give me space, when to ask a thought-provoking question, and when to remind me of my wins/strengths. I am thankful for this perspective, which coaching offers to those with ADHD, and for its strength-based approach rather than one of brokenness and negativity. Yes, ADHDers need assistance and strategies with living in a world made for neurotypicals, but sometimes we just need to be reminded that despite it all, we are whole and we are okay."

Frequently Asked Questions
What does an ADHD coach actually do?
An ADHD coach works alongside you to understand how your attention, energy, and motivation move, then builds practical strategies and accountability around that. With me, that also includes strengths anchoring, values based strategy, and support across every part of your life, not only productivity.
How long do you typically work with clients?
That depends on where you're starting and what you're working toward. Most clients find their footing within three to six months, and many continue longer for ongoing accountability and support. We figure out the right pace together as the work unfolds.
Will insurance pay for an ADHD coach?
ADHD coaching typically isn't covered by health insurance. It is, however, eligible for FSA and HSA funds, as long as you have a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor showing coaching is part of your ADHD care.
Do I need a diagnosis to start coaching with you?
No. I work with adults at every stage of understanding their own ADHD: some with a recent diagnosis, some with one from decades ago they never revisited, and some who have never been formally evaluated and are working from a long held hunch. If a formal evaluation is the right next step for you, I can refer you to a psychiatrist for an assessment.
