ADHD Coach in Fremont | ADHD Burnout & Executive Function
The adults who book a first call with me are usually carrying a mix of things: deadlines, family logistics, a recent diagnosis, or a creative project waiting in the wings. Most want a calmer way to move through it all.
Fremont grew out of five towns: Niles, Centerville, Irvington, Mission San Jose, and Warm Springs. I offer ADHD coaching in Fremont to adults in each of them and in the neighborhoods around Lake Elizabeth.
We start by getting a sense of what a typical week holds for you. Then we choose a piece of it to explore more closely.
How it works
We dig in and get curious
Your first step is a free discovery call. You can share what's going on and what kind of support you're looking for, and we can both get a sense of whether working together makes sense. Ongoing sessions are held over video, weekly or every other week, based on your capacity.
We see whether coaching fits
Before any strategy comes into it, we talk through what your days look like, where momentum drops off, what tends to help on a good day, and what gets pushed aside when things pile up.
We try things and adjust
From there, we experiment. That might mean looking at routines, transitions, planning, communication, rest, or how decisions get made. What helps gets kept, what doesn't gets changed, and you leave with more options for when life shifts again.

Getting started can be the hardest part, even when a task is small and you know exactly what to do. ADHD coaching explores what helps you begin, what pulls you off course, and how to keep going once momentum builds. We test ideas in real weeks and keep what fits.
Some women spent years being told they were scattered or too much before anyone mentioned ADHD. ADHD coaching for women is a place to look at your life with more kindness and explore what support could look like now. Your experience is the starting point.
When every week costs more than you have, something has to give. ADHD burnout coaching helps us notice where your capacity is going and experiment with ways to protect it. That might mean pacing differently, asking for help, or letting a standard drop for a while.
Hormonal changes during perimenopause can affect focus, memory, and energy in unexpected ways. In ADHD & perimenopause coaching, we notice those changes as they come and adjust supports so they keep pace with you. Health questions belong with your medical team, and coaching works alongside that care.
Some adults discover their ADHD while helping a child through an evaluation, and others stumble across it on their own. Wherever you are with it, late diagnosed ADHD coaching gives you space to make sense of your story. We move at whatever speed feels right.
Career coaching with ADHD can touch on performance reviews, job searches, leadership, and burnout. In ADHD career coaching, we look at what work asks of you and how it could fit you better.
That could include a conversation with a manager, a new routine for big projects, or a fresh look at what you want next.
Some creative people move from one exciting idea to the next and rarely reach the end. ADHD & creatives coaching looks at what helps you stay with a project and what makes finishing feel possible. Starting fresh ideas is part of the fun, and we leave room for that too.

Testimonials
"I learned a lot working with Quinn. We mapped out a lot of my ADHD patterns and Quinn helped me see many things that I was doing that were not necessarily helping me. Quinn also offered frameworks and tools to help support me when that is what the situation called for."
Michael H.
"I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to work with Quinn. It was an incredibly valuable experience for me. I looked forward to every session, and each one brought new insights. Quinn helped me work through several deeply important challenges, and I feel much more grounded and self-aware as a result. I wholeheartedly recommend Quinn to anyone navigating neurodiversity in their daily life, but not only. Even without ADHD, she is an exceptional coach and one of those rare professionals who can truly change the trajectory of someone's life."
Masha O.
"There is always more to learn and reflect upon; that is what I have learned the most about myself through Quinn's excellent coaching. Despite having a relatively deep understanding of myself and my ADHD, a competent coach's skill is to foster further self-reflection and to allow the client room to trust themselves in this deeper quest for self-understanding. Quinn has a mastery in knowing when to give me space, when to ask a thought-provoking question, and when to remind me of my wins/strengths. I am thankful for this perspective, which coaching offers to those with ADHD, and for its strength-based approach rather than one of brokenness and negativity. Yes, ADHDers need assistance and strategies with living in a world made for neurotypicals, but sometimes we just need to be reminded that despite it all, we are whole and we are okay."

Hello, I'm Quinn Geear, an ADHD coach in Fremont serving adults across the Bay Area
I trained as a coach through ADD Coach Academy after receiving my own ADHD diagnosis in my forties. Before that, I worked in IT leadership, where I learned to spot patterns and turn overwhelming information into something doable.
Today I run Quinn Geear Coaching and keep a collage practice I've tended for more than ten years. Adults come to me during burnout or after a late diagnosis, and equally often in the middle of perimenopause, a career transition, or a creative season.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does an ADHD coach actually do?
An ADHD coach works alongside you to understand how your attention, energy, and motivation move, then builds practical strategies and accountability around that. With me, that also includes strengths anchoring, values based strategy, and support across every part of your life, not only productivity.
How long do you typically work with clients?
That depends on where you're starting and what you're working toward. Most clients find their footing within three to six months, and many continue longer for ongoing accountability and support. We figure out the right pace together as the work unfolds.
Will insurance pay for an ADHD coach?
ADHD coaching typically isn't covered by health insurance. It is, however, eligible for FSA and HSA funds, as long as you have a Letter of Medical Necessity from your doctor showing coaching is part of your ADHD care.
Do I need a diagnosis to start coaching with you?
No. I work with adults at every stage of understanding their own ADHD: some with a recent diagnosis, some with one from decades ago they never revisited, and some who have never been formally evaluated and are working from a long held hunch. If a formal evaluation is the right next step for you, I can refer you to a psychiatrist for an assessment.
